The Revenue Department has announced special tax privileges for companies establishing International Business Centers (IBCs) in Thailand, which replace tax measures to promote the establishment of International Head Offices (IHQs), International Trade Companies (ITCs). ) and tax measures regarding Regional Operating Offices (ROH) for companies established as IHQ, ITC and ROH can change to IBC from 25 December 2018 onwards. Have a work permit issued by the Ministry of Labor Receive a salary of at least 2.4 million baht per year, or an average of 200,000 baht per month Qualifications to receive special tax privileges for juristic persons Have paid-up capital on the last day of each accounting period of 10 million baht or more. Have expenses to recipients in Thailand of not less than 60 million baht in each accounting period.
