Our client, a leading melbourne Hospital, is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated, Registered Nurse to join the perioperative services leadership team in the role of Associate Nurse Unit Manager – ENT, Plastic Surgery & Fasciomaxillary.

Our client, a leading melbourne Hospital, is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated, Registered Nurse to join the perioperative services leadership team in the role of Associate Nurse Unit Manager – ENT, Plastic Surgery & Fasciomaxillary.
As a key member of the team, you will work collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager and floor coordinators in the operational direction of the department with specific responsibility for leading and coordinating the ENT, Plastic Surgery & Fasciomaxillary specialties in the Perioperative Service environment. You will collaborate to coordinate the ENT, Plastic Surgery & Fasciomaxillary specialties working closely with key medical specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and patient centred care consistent with the goals of the hospital.

The hospital is 300 bed acute care facility incorporating an extensive range of specialities and facilities including Cardiothoracic, Neurosurgery, General Surgery, ENT, Urology, Orthopaedic, Plastic Surgery, Fascio-maxillary, Endoscopy Day theatre, Maternity services, Hospital in the Home, Cardiology, Cathlab services, Medical services and a busy Emergency department. It has grown to become one of the largest private hospitals in Victoria.
The theatre complex is expanding to comprise 9 Operating Rooms, a Hybrid theatre and an Endoscopy Day Theatre. We are seeking expressions of interest for an ANUM to support ENT, Oro-Facsiomaxillay surgery and Plastic surgery and to join our friendly theatre team who pride themselves on their quality service.
Selection Criteria:
Registered Nurse with AHPRA
5 years’ experience preferred
Excellent communication and organisational skills
