Essential Criteria:

• Experienced ICU CMO / Registrar
  
• Eligibility for general registration without restrictions in Australia OR general registration with restrictions that allow for practise in ICU AND be eligible for permanent residency
  
• A collaborative & conscientious approach to patient care
  
• Sound ICU medical knowledge
